'Walters on the Beach' is now welcoming guests to enjoy lunch, dinner, bar snacks and a wonderfully exciting cocktail menu. With beautiful sophistocated interiors, guests are sure of a warm welcome to the latest cornish food destination, which is sure to delight.
With an eclectic menu prepared by Carbis Bay's executive chef Andrew Houngton, diners can expect a mix of both international tastes but also British classics. As can be expected with the sea side location, there is a bounty of fresh fish and seafood on the menu bought in daily from the nearby harbour. For those looking for a small dish, the Cocktail snacks are perfect with such delights as 'Little Fish Finger', Homemake Chorizo and Chicken Ceaser Croquettes.
The lunch and dinner menus include locally smoked Salmon from nearby St Ives, Stargazy Mackeral Wellington, Cornish Fillet of Beef and Butter-Baked Whole Flat Fish. We highly recommend leaving enough room for pudding with the Walters Sundae especially delicious!
