After a successful residency at the resort last year, Craniosacral Therapist, Jade Wood, is returning to the shores of Niyama Private Islands Maldives from 15th October to 22nd November 2019.
Back by popular demand, Jade will lead a series of one-on-one yin Yoga classes as well as qigong workshops, a Chinese method that combines gentle body movements with mental concentration and breathing exercises. In addition to this, Jade will also offer introductions to meditation and calming craniofacial massages, the perfect way to unwind whilst surrounded by the tranquil blue sea and sky of the Maldives.
