Sauce Supper Club is hosting an impressive, unique event at Carbis Bay Estate in St Ives this New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Sauce Supper Club, which specialise in pairing exciting and talented chefs with stunning venues, has chosen Stuart Deeley and Carbis Bay Estate for a New Year’s Extravaganza.
Guests will enjoy a stunning 6-course New Year’s Eve dinner tasting-menu whilst taking-in the breathtaking views overlooking the beach at Carbis Bay, with a further option for a relaxing 4-course lunch on New Year’s Day. Both events include celebratory Champagne and an optional wine pairing of carefully chosen, exquisite wines to complement each course.
Guest Chef Stuart is Head Chef at The Wilderness, Birmingham and is taking part currently in MasterChef: The Professionals – already exciting the judges with his innovative cooking style and flavour combinations.
“We are very excited to bring together such a talented, rising chef and this beachside location which is just incredible” explained Director and founder of Sauce Supper Club, Beth Toovey. “We create these partnerships all over the UK and we are particularly excited to experience this one – the atmosphere in the Bay, the amazing food and the New Year’s element are sure to combine to create the most memorable evening and lunchtime events”.
Stephen Baker, owner and Managing Director of Carbis Bay Estate, commented “Bringing new and exciting culinary experiences to our guests and visitors is the way forward, as demonstrated last summer by our very successful, first-ever pop-up restaurant with Michelin-star chefs. When approached by Sauce Supper Club to host this event, we were delighted to accept and extend a warm welcome to Masterchef: The Professionals, contestant, Stuart Deeley, and all those who join us, to the wonderful surroundings of our Ocean Restaurant overlooking Carbis Bay Beach”.
