London, Oct 2026 : Plonk’d, the popular Spanish-inspired food and wine destination in Wadebridge, is excited to be welcoming Ben Harrison, Head Chef and Owner of Counter Culture, for an exclusive kitchen takeover on Saturday 28 November.
Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026 and recognised as the Good Food Guide’s No. 1 Restaurant in the South West in 2025 Counter Culture has built a reputation for its Basque-inspired flavours, exceptional seasonal produce and inventive cooking. Ben will bring his distinctive approach to the Plonk’d kitchen for a special five-course set menu, celebrating great ingredients and promising a memorable evening.
