Food trends: “Making Destinations” w/ Mike Gibson Foodism in conversation with James Leay, Make Shift, from 630pm

The latest instalment of Club Zetter's food and destination trends talk focusses on Make Shift, the creators of Pop Brixton, Peckham Levels and Clarnico Quay. Joined in conversation by London's largest food and drink magazine Foodism, Club Zetter asks how Make Shift transforms underused urban spaces to unlock opportunities for local people and independent businesses. James Leay (Make Shift) and Mike Gibson (Foodism) take a close look at destination happenings here in London, how they started and their future plans.

“How to look like a pro when handing back the wine menu”. 

If you’ve ever felt intimidated by those fateful words, “would you like to see the wine menu?” then join the Club Zetter community for an immersive evening of wine talk and tastings.

After graduating from Universite du Vin in 2000, Allazuen has held Head Sommelier position at a number of leading restaurants from around the world, including The Greenhouse, London and L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Hong Kong. The experienced wine expert has spent the past five years as Head Sommelier at South Place Hotel, and will be bringing his knowledge, passion and expertise to The Zetter for an immersive evening of wine tasting and discussion.
