Cocoa Island, Maldives
A younger sister to Parrot Cay, Cocoa Island brought COMO’s vision of privacy and stylish beach living to the Indian Ocean. This island’s serenity is reflected in the clean-lined, airy design, and enhanced by a COMO Shambhala Retreat on the waters' edge.

COMO Shambhala Estate Bali, Indonesia
In December 2005, COMO Shambhala Estate launched in Bali, introducing a new paradigm in residential health retreats. This project is the biggest yet undertaken by COMO Shambhala, the award-winning holistic health company owned by Christina Ong.

Crillon le Brave
Charming, quirky, sublimely stylish, Relais & Chateaux, with gourmet Provencal cuisine and views to kill for – Crillon le Brave turns 20 this Autumn in serious style and maintains a firm foothold as the finest place to stay in the region. Hotel Crillon le Brave is a relaxed and informal refuge where you can enjoy all of the simple pleasures of Provence. Taste great wines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, go for a country walk on Mont Ventoux, explore the region's many Roman antiquities or just find a café in a nearby village and watch Provençal life go by.

Dar Les Cigognes, Marrakech, Morocco
In October 2004, a new hotel fully opened in Marrakech, Morocco – the final realisation of a dream that was born nearly four years ago. Located in the Mellah (the old Jewish quarter in the heart of Marrakech’s famous medina), Dar Les Cigognes is named ‘House of Storks’ after the graceful birds that perch on the ramparts of the Royal Palace of Hassan II directly opposite the hotel.

Metropolitan Bangkok, Thailand
Sister to London's Metropolitan on Park Lane, this new Eastern outpost, like its European sister, combines contemporary accommodation with a buzzing bar and fashionable restaurant, drawing a stylish local crowd - a far cry from the usual tourist hotel experienced by those staying in the city.

Parrot Cay, Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies
Since opening on Christmas Day in 1998, Parrot Cay has firmly established itself as the ultimate Caribbean hideaway. Occupying its own 1,000 acre private island, the resort features COMO Shambhala spa and retreat, which focuses on complete holistic well being.

Uma Paro, Bhutan
In November 2004, Christina Ong’s COMO Hotels and Resorts – also behind private island resorts like Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos, as well as city hotels, including Metropolitans in Bangkok and London – opened its second Uma property, in Bhutan. Called Uma Paro, it followed Uma Ubud in Bali and continued Uma’s understated philosophy of quiet comfort in inspiring, culture-rich locations.

Uma Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
On 1st July 2004, COMO Hotels and Resorts – also behind private island resorts like Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos, as well as city hotels including Metropolitans in Bangkok and London – opened Uma Ubud in the lush hinterland of Bali, Indonesia’s most colourful island. Dedicated to Uma’s understated philosophy of quiet comfort in inspiring, culture-rich locations.
